1. Proteins: - Proteins are very for the growth of our body. Protein has more physiological roles than other any major nutrient. Protein allows our body to move and bend and also keeps our immune system strong. Protein can also provide our body with energy when necessary like fats and carbohydrates.

2. Carbohydrates: - Carbohydrates are major source of energy for our body. Carbohydrates reduce risk of obesity, cardiovascular diseases and type 2 diabetes. Carbohydrates are found in whole grains, fruits and vegetables.

3. Fats: - Fats are actually a major nutritional element and vital aspect of a healthy diet, but fat has developed a bad reputation. But fat helps in regulating our body temperature. Fat also cushions our organs to protect them from major injuries. But too much fat causes obesity.
