Explanation

A Compiler translates high level language into machine language. For eg C, C++, Java.

Handshaking is defined as the process in which two devices initiate communication. During the process one device sends message to another device that it wants to establish a communication link. For eg while connecting one modem to another, the corresponding tones heard after dialing.

Simulation is defined as the imitation or replica of the operation of a process or a system. For simulation first of all a model needs to be developed. There are several applications of Simulation such as simulation of technology for performance optimization, safety engineering, testing, training, education, and video games. Few advantages of simulation are accurate results generation, studying behavior of a system becomes easy etc.
