ExamTestPrep Shipping Policy

All materials purchased through ExamTestPrep will be shipped in 2 bussiness days unless:

We have reason to believe that the address you have provided is incorrect or incomplete.
We have already dispatched the material to this address and this is a duplicate order.

In either case we will contact you within 2 business days of placing the order. If you have made an online payment and we cannot process your order for above reasons, a full refund would be initiated in two business days.

After your material is shipped you will get a tracking number within 2 business days.

Note that all shipping times are in business days, business days include Monday-Friday and exclude Saturday/Sunday and all public holidays.
