There are seven components of wellness: - Social, Spiritual, Emotional, Occupational, Physical, Intellectual and Environmental.

Following are the factors affecting wellness: -

  1. Health Habits - Health habits include nutritional food or daily workout. Daily eating balanced diet and performing daily workout helps in maintaining wellness.
  2. Heredity – Genes passed through parents in an individual plays very important role in wellness of an individual.
