Explain two ways in which the body loses heat during exercise.

Explanation

1. Sweating: - If your clothing is wet because of sweating, you will lose some body heat due to evaporation of sweat. During intense exercise, the body loses 85 % of heat.

2. Respiration: - Through respiration body loses heat when the body temperature is higher than 37°C.

2) A map. This is an absolute must-have. A well-detailed map showing adequate information is something you must carry with you.

3) Water. All must carry adequate water. The physical exertion will definitely demand constant water supply, and not providing water to body could cause dehydration.

4) Proper footwear makes all the difference. Wearing inappropriate footwear can endanger their life.

Self-motivation is also very important and he should take proper coaching and guidance under a well-trained coach.
