First heart is related to 2 chambered heart. It has one atrium, one ventricle and called single circulation. Example-Fish

Second type is related to 3 chambered heart in which two atria, one ventricle (both oxygenated deoxygenated blood are mixed). It is called as double circulation. Example-Reptile/Amphibian heart

Third type is related to 4 chambered heart in which two atria, two ventricles (oxygenated and deoxygenated blood separate)

It is called as double circulation. Example-Mammalian heart
