What are the three R’s of sustainability?

Explanation

For reduce the large amount of solid wastes there are a set of guidelines for dealing with environmental waste in an eco-friendly way. Which are called as three R’s-

(a) Reduce- Reducing the amount of waste, is the best way to help the environment. There are many ways to do this. Like-Buy products made from post-consumer recycled materials, especially paper and bathroom tissue, Choose electronics and appliances that are energy-efficient.

(b) Reuse-It means Instead of throwing things away, try to find ways to use them again. For example- Plastic containers and reusable lunch bags are great ways to take your lunch to school without creating waste.

(c) Recycle- Recycling is the “R” that has caught on the best. Good recycling companies take paper, metal, glass, or plastic waste and turn it back into useful raw materials.
