Explanation

Bacteria are used for the process of decomposition at the end of food chains and food webs in which they release useful gases and some nutrients for surviving of other organisms. Some bacteria are key role for nitrogen cycle to convert atmospheric nitrogen into other nitrogenous substances. The excessive Growth destruction of bacteria can affect entire ecosystems. For example, when an aquatic ecosystem polluted by organic waste, the population of aerobic bacteria enhances because the organic waste is food for them. This large number of bacteria then exhausts the oxygen dissolved in the water and other aerobic organisms experience mass death.
